Bell Hill Vineyard is a successful, premium vineyard and winery based near Waikari (North Canterbury), growing high density Pinot Noir and Chardonnay under BioGro organic certification, implementing Bio-Dynamic practices on limestone soils. 

We are seeking a senior person for a multi-faceted position in our very small, but high-quality winery. Experience is required in overall winemaking, operations/logistics, bottling, labelling and marketing/sales.

Flexibility and interest in winegrowing is essential in an entity that believes in “making” the wine in the vineyard.

This is an exciting challenge for the right candidate looking for traditional winegrowing values from the old world, with a potential opportunity to take over the reins from the current owners.

The position is full-time and reports to the Owners.
