The Karikari Estate, located in the beautiful Northland region, is looking for an experienced Vineyard Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for wine production and management, this could be the ideal role for you.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated vineyard manager to oversee our vineyard operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in vineyard management and a genuine passion for the industry.
As the Vineyard Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our vineyard operations, including grape growing, pest control, irrigation management, and harvest planning. You will work closely with our winemakers to ensure our grapes meet the highest quality standards for wine production.
Applicants for this position must have a minimum of five years of experience working in a vineyard or winery management role. A degree in Viticulture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate must also have a strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and a commitment to maintaining the health and quality of our vineyard.
