This is a hands-on role comprising of 70% winery/30% vineyard, involving all aspects of the day-to-day cellar and vineyard work. Working closely with winemakers and viticulturist you will receive internal training regarding all equipment and procedures.

- 1-2 years experienc as a Cellar Hand
Key responsibilities within this role, including but not limited to:
- Day-to-day Cellar operations such as transfers, racking, barrel work, additions etc.
- Ensuring cellar hygiene practices are maintained
- Identifying and helping to solve issues as they arise
- Pest & Disease monitoring
- Irrigation checks and maintenance
- Yield estimation and sampling
- Ensuring H&S procedures are practised, maintained and improved
