We are currently seeking a full time F&B Supervisor in our F&B team.

Duties of the F&B Supervisor:

• To ensure the smooth daily operation of our F & B outlets, including but not limited to the co-ordination of staff & restaurant bookings.
• To be aware of F&B requirements across the hotel daily & any upcoming events. 
• To be responsible for delivering consistently high standards of product and service throughout the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, while maximising revenues and profitability of the division.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Forward any concerns or issues to the Managers. Your responsibility is to maintain our high level of service & smooth operation of the restaurant. .
• Be well organised and be able to cope with the pressures and demands of people, remaining flexible to guests needs at all times
• Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager and Head Chef to provide the highest standard of service, food and best atmosphere possible
• Check the function folder daily and read/execute any F&B requirements.
