The Hub Bar in Malford Auckland is looking for a Duty Managers including Weekends.
Duties:
- Manage operations of the a licensed bar and kitchen on-site.
- Ensure dining and bar facilities comply with health & safety regulations and are clean, functional and suitable appearance.
- Recruit and train staff to provide good service to customers, and handle customer complaints.
- Food and drink cost control.
- Wages cost control.
- Bar planning with chefs, pricing and purchasing of goods according to budget
- Service customers and taking orders.
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with food and service.
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Any other reasonable responsibilities and duties.
Wages : $27.00 -30.00 per hour
Working hours: The bar is open everyday Monday to Friday 11am till late
Suitable applicants should have relevant qualification and minimum 1 or 2 years experience in managing a bar or two.
