This is the first time we have established this role. With high growth performance as a company and even higher growth expectations for the future we need a dynamic leader to help motivate and drive our sales team to successfully hit our budgets and customer service targets.
With your proven management skills, you will be responsible for
- Initiating with the team our gold star customer service culture
- Motivating and managing staff to achieve sales targets
- Work with floor managers to establish exciting in store displays
- Manage the telemarketing initiative to provide budgeted sales targets.
- Deliver strong communication internally on KPI performance
You should have the following attributes and skills
