Introducing a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your sales savvy and make an impact as a Territory Manager covering the grocery and retail channels of our business within Wellington region. This role would be ideal for someone who already achieved some good results in sales and now wants to step up into people’s manager role. Sales results will be your measure but passion for the product will be your motivation!
What we are looking for:
· Someone with >3 years’ experience in sales in FMCG/ liquor company
· A person who is great at negotiating and has sound decision making skills
· Someone with integrity and trust and is able to work autonomously
· A person that has great planning and communication skills
· Someone who is results driven and passionate about making a difference with their customers
What this role involves:
· Achieve assigned Territory targets / budgets including value, volume and market share measures.
· Management of trade investment in line with individual budgets agreed with National Account Manager.
· Ensure all agreed initiatives are in place – promotions, trade marketing, space commitments & NPD.
· Liaise with sales support team to ensure all key initiatives are activated including tastings.
· Direct management of Sales Representative.
