CLIENT EXPORT COORDINATOR (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

WineWorks offers wine bottling and warehousing services to New Zealand wineries and is currently going through an exciting period of change and expansion.  We have an opportunity for an export/ shipping star to join our busy Warehouse Administration team at our wine-bottling plant in Onehunga.

 The successful applicant will be responsible for processing our export orders, coordinating with our busy distribution team and freight forwarders, and managing all the export documentation.  Hours of work are Monday to Friday, with start time between 8:00am and 9:00am, approximately 8 1/2 hours per day, but flexibility to work extra hours to meet the needs of the business will be required.

Applicants for this role must have the following abilities, skills and experience:

• Knowledge of exporting & shipping
• Possibly from a freight forwarding background or FMCG exports
• Ability to work in a large FMCG environment
• Knowledge and experience using MS Word, Outlook and databases, with intermediate level Excel
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Great planning and organisational skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• High drive for results and aspiration for excellence
• A "do it now and do it right first time" attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and positively with colleagues and clients
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility in working where needed
