EuroVintage is a national distributor of premium New Zealand and International wines, spirits and beer.
A team leader opportunity has come up within our busy Customer Services team for someone who is positive, organised, bright, bubbly and focused on providing exceptional service to our broad and varied customer base.
The role is very hands on and you will be responsible for attending to inbound calls, processing sales orders and credits, managing customer requests and enquiries and supporting the sales team. As team leader you be responsible for a team of four, be the "go to" person overseeing the allocation of work and be on top of any issues ensuring they are promptly resolved.
To be successful in this role, you need to have experience in sales order processing, have a "can do" attitude and be capable of working under pressure while retaining your sense of humour. You also need to be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner, and be well organised. You will also have experience leading a team of people.
We pride ourselves on the product knowledge of our staff so on-going training will be provided.
The role is based at EuroVintage's modern Head Office in based at Auckland Airport and the standard working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 to 4.00 although flexibility is required.
