Event/ Administration Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities include:

Supervision of the Pride Brewery staff Bar:

• Service during “guest” days/hours (Thu/Fri)
• Ensure team members and guests are educated on the responsible service and consumption of alcohol and Bar Rules are in place, communicated and displayed in the Bar
• Monitor and order stock for the Bar and kitchen
• Manage the maintenance of Bar and kitchen equipment and glasses, crockery

Driving sociability programs/initiatives for the Pride Brewery:

• Organisation and support of Brewery Tours and tastings for external parties
• Event Management (for up to 250 pax)

Assistance in administration support for the site including:

• Assistance with general Office Management (e.g. maintenance of kitchen and office stationary supplies)
• Involvement in relevant office initiatives
• Covering in PA’s absence and ad-hoc admin duties

To be successful in this role you ideally will have:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, event management and/or administration
• Excellent and confident interpersonal skills at all levels
• Ability to prioritise work with high level of proactivity
• Skills and mindset to function as an independent problem-solver
• Open and service-oriented
• Licence Controller Qualification or Duty Managers Licence preferred
