New Zealand Wine Society, New Zealand's largest direct to consumer wine provider with over 25 years heritage, is currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to cover a period of Maternity Leave for 9 months.

• Have proven experience in a similar role working closely supporting a leadership team

• Have solid NZ Employment legislation knowledge and change management experience

• Enjoy a varied role in a fast paced environment supporting change initiatives

• Have the ability to build strong internal and external working relationships with excellent communication skills

The role will offer you:

You will provide best practice advice and support to managers and leaders on ER related issues, recruitment, performance, learning & development and drive HR cyclical processes and projects. You will be enthusiastic, a self-starter, be able to identify opportunities for improvement,  comfortable working independently and will have a natural ability to build positive relationships with managers and employees, striving to improve how we deliver our People Plans.

To be successful, you will have solid experience at an Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner level, a thorough understanding of the Employment Relations Act and great relationship building skills.  This varied role is a generalist’s dream where no two days are the same!   A fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, hardworking team, in an exciting industry!
