As a Communications Coordinator within a global team you will be a motivated self-starter who will champion the communications strategic plans and global wine culture program in addition to supporting our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, demonstrate your influencer skills and work collaboratively to drive team engagement and foster close working relationships with key stakeholders in addition to the broader communications team and communicating effectively will all levels of the business.
The role reports to the Global PR Manager and you will be part of a wider communications team based in Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Content management – develop impactful news content for media and internal audiences
- Copywriting – support the production of press releases, Q&A’S, media statements
- Project management – projects requiring communications support – NZ Staff briefings, operations (Tamaki) internal communication activities and brand communications campaigns
- CSR initiatives communications support
- Event management – regular wine tastings, annual wine seminar, support NZ Responsib’ALL Day
Who we are looking for:
- Someone with at least 2 years of experience in a Communications role
- A person with proven results in writing, developing and coordinating production of publications and online content development
- Someone strong at organisational skills and attention to detail
- A person with high-level communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong inter-personal skills
- Tertiary qualification in communications or a related discipline is required
