We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our current Packaging team based at our Production and Distribution site in Glen Ines, Auckland. Reporting to the Packaging Shift Manager Cask/Line 11, we are looking for a positive, confident and self-motivated individual to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate equipment (including, but not limited to: filling and packaging equipment; fork hoists; floor sweepers; printers; test equipment) and carry out tasks in accordance with training, operating standards and instructions.
- Work in any area of the Tamaki Production facility as required (may include bottling, cask, cuvee and disgorging lines; rework/decant areas, glass yard and dry goods).
- Maintaining a hygienic and safe working environment.
- Demonstrate a flexible work ethic to support continuous production.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Be aware of the bottling plans to ensure optimisation of productivity and to proactively prepare for subsequent products to minimise downtime eg line changes, CIP's.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to health and safety, be able to hold and maintain a fork hoist licence and maintain adequate hearing and vision to enable safe working practices.
