Our head office is in Auckland situated on the North Shore. This is an opportunity to join our small team and your role will consist of:
Sales Tasks:
- Entering and processing orders
- Sales Reporting
- Promo submissions including FMCG
- Managing the CRM system
- Assisting the NZ sales team and all rep queries
- Customer queries
- Organising trade shows
Administration Tasks:
- Debtors management and new accounts
- Stock management Auckland
- End of Month reporting: Sales / Stock
- General Accounting functions
- Sundry printing and promotional requirements
You will have a proven track record in Sales and Administration tasks
A sound understanding of office and accounting principles
Strong computer skills (MS Office) and Accounting software
Ability to multi task with a "can-do" attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
