SUMMARY OF SILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In the Supply and Logistics Co-ordinator role, this individual will be responsible for the organisations supply and logistical practices.

  • Ensuring flow of physical goods occurs reliably and cost efficiently
  • Arrange and analyse economic transportation of goods from source including consolidation opportunities and best international routing
  • Creating demand forecasts and purchasing
  • Inventory Management – From New Stock additions to stock alignment to stock movement analysis
  • Achieve reliable and cost efficient warehousing and outbound logistics
  • Working to KPI's
    • Procurement Negotiation Wins – Handling negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcome
    • Generating Supplier Quarterly Reports
    • Reducing Out of Stock scenarios
    • Delivery on Time in Full
    • Stock Count Variations
    • Freight/Value Ratio
  • Developing and enhancing processes for the department
  • Understanding and Handling Back End systems of our larger clients to create operational flow and efficiency
  • Excited about Operations management in general.  As a dynamic and fast growing business, the nature of our operations our Operations team constantly assist each other with tasks. A 'can do' and team player attitude is essential
  • Attention to detail – a diligent work with outstanding task management. Ability to constantly prioritise and complete tasks one after the other is key.
  • Intermediate+ skills on MS Excel and/or Power BI
  • A passion for fine wine is a strong bonus.
