We’re looking for someone who can help us deliver on our mission - we want the world to be able to drink great wine. And we need you to help us source the finest from New Zealand to share with our mofos.
Vinomofo is growing rapidly and have recently launched in New Zealand. We invite an outstanding wine buyer to join our team. Vinomofo is a dynamic company and we’re going places, exciting places. We need someone who can join us on the adventure, not as a passenger but as a proactive go-getter; someone who will have a tangible, positive and lasting impact on our product offering as we establish our tribe of wine-loving mofos in New Zealand.
Here are some essentials, you must:

Have extensive knowledge of New Zealand wines

Have experience not only opening doors with new suppliers, but seizing these opportunities to create long-term, valuable relationships

Source wines that deliver an epic mofo experience

Increase revenue in line with KPIs

Negotiate pricing and manage margins in line with KPIs

Have a strong knowledge of the domestic wine market, Australian and International wines

Demonstrate strong and proven commercial, analytical and organisational skills

Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail

Be self-motivated, goal oriented and outcomes focussed
Vinomofo is based in Melbourne so you’ll be working remotely. While you’ll be a part of our Buying Team, you’ll need to be independent, self-motivated and excellent at communicating with the team remotely.

There is potential for this role to be part time or full time, depending on the suitability of the applicant. Salary will also be negotiated with experience taken into consideration.
