Bell Hill Vineyard is a successful and super premium vineyard and winery based in North Canterbury, growing BioGro organically certified Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and implementing Bio-Dynamic practices. We have 2 hectares of high plant density vines and expansion plans. Our goal to achieve the highest potential of our unique site encompasses a focus on quality and attention to detail. We are a small team requiring adaptivity, excellent thinking and problem solving.

This is a machinery operational role and requires machinery and mechanical acumen, engaging in all vineyard duties and responsible for operating crawler tractors in narrow rows and on slopes. This entails spraying, cultivation and weed management, pruning, canopy management, and harvest activities. 

The position is full time and reports to the General Manager/Owner and our 2IC.
