  Mt Beautiful Wines

  Canterbury, Christchurch/Canterbury

Mt. Beautiful Winery is seeking a hospitality superstar to manage both our Wine Tasting Room and newly acquired Two Rivers Café located in Cheviot, New Zealand on the South Island.

Overview:

Teece Family Vineyards is a distinctive 74 hectare vineyard property in Spotswood, Cheviot. We grow ultra-premium grapes for our internationally distributed Mt. Beautiful wine brand, in addition to fruit contracts for other nearby wineries. The vineyard is also home to a newly constructed 600 tonne state-of-the-art winery facility that specializes in small lot fermentations for Pinot Noir and gentle, hands-on production for our white wine program, which includes Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling varieties.

Teece Family Vineyards is surrounded by Teece Family Farms, an 850 hectare sheep and beef finishing property that is also used for tourism activities. Nearby in the town of Cheviot, we have a modern new Wine Tasting Room, along with a newly renovated six suite luxury guest lodge at Manuka Bay; bringing wine tourism intrigue to the North Canterbury region, and making us an attractive destination for visitors and locals alike.

Other initiatives under the Teece umbrella include Esk Head Station, a 15,300 hectare high country station located 1.5 hours from the vineyard, as well as Caverhill Farms, an 809 hectare beef and sheep grazing property located just south of the vineyard, featuring 4 kilometres of scenic North Canterbury coastline.

We are seeking a switched on, organised and positive individual to join our busy team as our Restaurant and Wine Tasting Room Manager.
