Black Estate is a premium, organic wine produer making single vineyard wines that express each of their 3 special sites.  The emphasis is on making real wines with character.  Black Estate's restaurant & cellar door is a one hatted restuarant with a reputation for creating an integral and true dining expeience overlooking the Home Vineard and Waipara Valley.  The menu consists of organic and local produce that matches their textural wines. 

We are looking for a new Restuarant Manager from January 2017.  Applicants must:

  • have good hospitality experiecne
  • knoweldge and a love of wine 
  • like to have fun and be part of a strong team culture
  • be keen to learn and grow with our growing business
  • have a keen interest in the wine industry.

We will provide you with:

  • A lot of training and time understanding our winemaking and viticulture.  
  • Oppurtunities to taste wines and particpate in the North Canterbury wine community.  
  • A month off in winter.  
  • A beautiful and fun place to work.
  • A decent salary.
