Terra Sancta is a thriving premium producer of Pinot Noir with our four vineyards, winery and team based entirely in the subregion of Bannockburn, Central Otago. As our Vineyard Manager, you will join our energetic, committed team, managing our vineyards to produce exceptional terroir expressive wines. Terra Sancta has 33 hectares planted across four vineyards, including the Terra Sancta Estate on Felton Road - home to the oldest vineyard in Bannockburn. With our older blocks organically farmed, every wine we produce is consistently linked to a particular part of Terra Sancta - our goal to capture the essence of our special environment in each bottle.
The role involves the management of our vineyards; from setting and maintaining budgets, planning and managing labour requirements and seasonal work programme, developing and implementing irrigation, harvest planning and implementation and ensuring both viticulture best practice and safe work practices are followed.

A curiosity about all facets of the business, including input into winemaking decisions, are also part of the Terra Sancta business model.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Viticulture experience – at least 5-7 years
- Experience in planning labour across the seasons
- Horticulture/Viticulture, or other relevant degree (e.g sciences, agriculture)
- Experience growing Pinot Noir, with organic viticulture a plus
- Strong analytical skills
