Founded by André Eikmeier and Justin Dry in 2011 from an Adelaide garage, the startup has grown into a tribe of more than 440,000 mofos and employs over 100 people. This year, Vinomofo has gone global having launched in New Zealand and Singapore last year with other key global markets to follow.

We’re growing our Vinodirect Broker team and need enthusiastic and talented brand ambassadors to work in a casual phone sales role to help us achieve our mission: for everyone to drink good wine.

Vinodirect works with amazing wineries to help increase engagement with their own memberships. As a Vinodirect Broker you will be working with a wide variety of wineries - getting to know their wines, understanding their brand, then contacting their members about these incredible products with targeted specials.

You will be an ambassador for both the winery and Vinodirect so there's a lot resting on your shoulders. It’s engaging and fast-paced role but most of all it’s fun. If you’re available 3 or more days/week, thrive on talking to people, are excited by the idea of tasting wines and talking about them all day, then read on.

• Wine knowledge and passion: You don’t have to be an expert, but we're here to inspire the world to drink good wine. You need to know it and love it.

• Personality: Vinomofo is more than a brand, we’re a tribe of wine lovers who step up, care more, keep it real, do some good and have fun. You’ll be an ambassador of our brand with the same energy, approachability and authenticity that we’re known for.

• Communication & literacy skills: You’ll be communicating with customers over the phone, so effective communication and computer skills are a must.

• Self-motivation: We’re always stepping up, we expect you to as well. You invest in your work, are driven to succeed and thrive in an autonomous work environment.

• Social sensitivity: This job is not just to sell wine, it’s about understanding our customers’ tastes and needs, delivering an amazing brand experience.
