GisVin is a contract winemaking facility, crushing an assortment of local and national varietals to client specification, processing the grapes to dispatching chilled clarified juice and/or up to bottle-ready wine.
We are searching for enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals on a temporary basis to join our team for the coming 2018 vintage. A full induction and training program will commence mid-to-late February prior to the commencement of the crush. We operate a 24-hour shift system during the harvest and have availability for a 12-hour day or night shift, 7 days a week during the thick of the grape intake.
Job titles include: Cellar Supervisors, Press Operators, Bin Tip Operators, RDV Operators, Cellar Hands and Laboratory technicians.
Ideally, you will have previous winery work experience, a love of wine, be self motivated, have a ‘hands on’ approach, relish working long hours, possess a good sense of humour and enjoy being part of a dynamic team.
In return for your passion and pride we offer a fully comprehensive training program, a full meal when working the 12-hour shifts, and help with obtaining local accommodation for the duration of the crush.
