Vineyard Manager (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Vigneto is a family owned and operated business, we are currently seeking a full-time Vineyard Manager to join our team to work with our company viticulturist. The successful applicant will be driven, ambitious and an experienced hands-on manager passionate about producing quality grapes to winery specifications.

This role involves management of 95ha of owned and managed vineyards across multiple sites. The successful applicant will possess:

- practical experience in viticultural management

- a tertiary viticultural or horticultural qualification is advantageous but not essential

- strong communication and labour management skills

- operating knowledge of vineyard machinery

- experience in budgeting and financial performance monitoring

- Good record/reporting skills 

- Working knowledge of compliance and Occupational health and safety regulations and procedures
