Viticulture Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

The primary responsibilities for this position include maintaining the Labour Contractor relationships, delivering training and supervision of contractors, ensuring all H&S,  SOP’s and work rates are completed accurately and supporting the day to day operation. 

In addition this role provides key input into annual vineyard management plans, budgets and weekly work schedules to support the wider vineyard operations activity. 

Attributes required for success with this position include: 

• Proven communication skills and an ability to manage large groups of people to a high standard.
• Previous experience in the viticulture industry preferred, but experience in the horticulture industry will be considered.
• Strong time management capability – ability to manage self and large groups of people
• Ability to use computers and intermediate skill set in MS Suite of applications
• Relevant qualifications i.e. ATV Operator Certificate, Growsafe and First Aid.
