Mission Estate is a premium Hawke’s Bay winemaker producing wines for the domestic and export markets. This full time position is based in Hawke's Bay, reports to the winemaker and has the following areas of responsibility:
- Co-ordination of warehousing and export wine orders
- Receiving and processing orders for our distributors
- Organising export approvals and shipping and efficient, timely managment of international freight forwarders
- Preparing export documentation, customs and stock movement
- Maintaining the dispatch records
- Procurement and stock managment of dry goods
- Planning and co-ordination of purchasing, packaging and consumables for bottling runs, planning with the winemaking team and production runs
- Coordination during Harvest
- Providing assistance to the Export Manager and assisting with general office administrative duties
- Assisting with the administration of EZY Wine
- Management of Mission's Health & Safety Worksafe System
- Maintenance of Mission’s ISO14001 Environmental Management System
- Management of Mission’s WSMP, HACCP and maintaining to an auditable standard
You will be well presented and have proven experience in an administration role, a strong customer service focus, excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will have a positive can do attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills and value being part of a successful, results driven team. You will have the ability to build strong customer relations.
Preferably but not essentially, you will have previous experience in exporting, logistics, stock control and/or production planning within the wine industry.
