We are looking for passionate, hardworking Cellar Hands to join our small team for the 2018 vintage.
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated people with industry experience. Applicants will require sound attention to detail, strong interpersonal and team skills, a self-starting attitude with the energy, motivation and stamina required to be effective in a busy environment.
Duties vary, but include fruit receival, running presses, lees filtration, tank floats and rackings, barrel work, plunging and pumping over red ferments, juice and wine additions, loading/receiving tankers, and cleaning. We value candidates with hands-on experience in these areas. Because we are a small organisation, Cellar Hands will be expected to do a variety of different jobs and help each other out. You won't be stuck on one job or machine for the whole harvest!
We provide competitive pay rates, and a meal each day during the peak of harvest. We will arrange accommodation and subsidise rent. There will be two shifts and plenty of hours to work.
