Accounts Assistant / Payroll
Based in our new generation winery, we are looking for a vibrant self-starting go-getter to fit into our administration team.
Ideally you will have the following:
- Two years accounts payable experience.
- Payroll experience.
- Word & excel competent.
- Excellent communication skills and people skills.
- Excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
- Team player / self-motivated.
Main Responsibilities
- Invoice processing.
- Reconcile creditor statements.
- Payment runs – Including international.
- Staff expenses and credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with cash flow management and monthly accruals.
- Payroll – Weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs for 100+ employees.
- Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of timesheets.
- Maintaining staff records including new starters and leavers.
- Reconciliation and preparation of monthly PAYE returns.
- General office duties as required.
If you do not have payroll experience we will provide training to the right candidate.
