We are looking for a Cellar Supervisor to provide leadership, development and guidance to our team of Cellar hands to establish a high performance culture, ensuring that safety, quality, operational performance and continuous improvement are key priorities.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to:
• Train new team members and vintage teams in the required safe working practices, ensuring all team members are aware of and operating under the aligned procedures for their roles and responsibilities
• Coach and develop team members to identify areas for continuous improvement. Implement agreed actions for improved performance.
• Role model safe working practices and support the development of a Health and Safety culture across the team
• Support the development of a capability plan (talent, knowledge, engagement), in conjunction with the National Winery Operations Manager, that will enable the achievement of a High Performance Culture within the team
• Understand and lead by example Cellar hand duties
If you have a degree or diploma qualified in either business management, viticulture or oenology with a proven operational background then we want to hear from you.
