You will need to have at least 4 vintages experience, excellent communication skills and be a fluent English language speaker. You must have an eye for detail. Qualifications while not essential would be considered an advantage.
During the harvest you will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of grapes processed using a range of techniques and will work with some of Marlborough's best winemakers.
Vintage positions involve 2 x 12 hour shifts as the winery runs 24 hours a day. We use new equipment in a well designed winery run by a young and dynamic team, we have a lot of fun during vintage, have a great stereo system so we can work and jive together.
We offer very competitive hourly rates, a hot meal a day during shift work and will help find you comfortable accommodation near the winery
