We are looking for a permanent fulltime Laboratory Manager. Juice and wine analysis, with bottling Quality Control monitoring, will be the primary tasks. Experience within the wine industry is desirable and within a laboratory is essential. Extended hours of work will be required during the harvest period, with the energy and ability to work within a team in a dynamic environment.
