Loveblock, located in the hills of the lower Awatere Valley, is a certified organic farm with organic vineyards and some SWNZ vineyards across the properties.
They are seeking to employ a vineyard operator to perform machinery operations, general vineyard work and maintenance of their vineyards. Previous expeosure within a vineyard environment required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate or a keen fit, energetic person who is seeking a viticulture career with exposure to organic practices.
The successful candidate will work under the Vineyard Manager who is passionate and highly knowledgeable of sustainable and organic growing practices.
While training will be given, applicants will have some tractor driving experience, good work ethic, be health and safety conscious. And able to work extended hours when required.
The position will be a varied and a stimulating one and this requires a capable, hard working and adaptable individual with good communication skills.
