We are looking for an experienced finance analyst to provide comprehensive analytics service, giving guidance, advice and support to assist the achievement of strategic and operational objectives. The emphasis of this position is to support the Excise & Analytics Finance Manager in providing insightful well analysed reporting.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to:
- Deliver concise insight around variances and business performance.
- Challenge business assumptions being used in forecasts/budgets or ways of working.
- Strive for continuous improvement towards value add activities.
- Remain solutions focused.
- Demonstrate DIFOT principles in all areas of work.

What we are looking for:
- Tertiary Qualification in Accounting.
- Minimum 2-3yrs commercial experience
- Proactive mentality towards continuous improvement and delivery of requirements.
- Someone with high energy, that has a solutions focused mindset.
- A person with great communication skills and is able to concisely deliver insight relating to variances and business performance.
- Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills.
- Someone with the ability to build relationships with and support reporting requirements of Senior Managers.
This role operates across a number of departments within the business, strong time management, interpersonal and presentation skills are critical.
