PAROA BAY WINERY is a boutique winery estate situated near Russell in the Bay of Islands. It includes 2 luxury homes, a vineyard and a fully equipped wine making facility. We are now in the process of building a restaurant with sea views to compliment the estate and are seeking an estate manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant and property management business.
We are seeking a proactive, experienced individual with an eye for detail and passion for food and wine. Our aim is to create a casual but high quality (mostly Italian) dining experience, featuring fresh, local ingredients, presented in a contemporary fashion.
Responsibilities include
- hiring and training of staff for the circa 50 pax restaurant
- coordination and management of budgets
- marketing and logistics
- management of holiday homes
- coordination and management of existing staff for ground maintenance and wine production
