Terra Sancta is a premium producer of wine with its operations and team based in Bannockburn, Central Otago. Terra Sancta has a wine distribution company called CoLab Wine Merchants. This role sits across both businesses and will be focused upon business administration, including sales fulfilment, accounts and logistics as follows:

Customer service including daily processing of customers orders

Inventory management including SKU allocation

Collating sales information and preparing sales reports

Accounts payable and receivable support
-
Bank reconciliation
-
Providing accurate inventory records
-
Other team related administration.
Applicants must have the following qualifications and experience:

5+ years work as a business administrator including experience with accounts payable and receivable.

Excellent people skills, including written and verbal English communication and experience in front line customer service and sales fulfilment

Experience using Xero and Gmail. Experience with Unleashed or other inventory management systems will be viewed very favourably.
You must also have an eagle eye for detail, be highly organised, collaborative and enjoy providing support in a team environment.
The role is based in our Bannockburn winery, 5 minutes from Cromwell, Central Otago. It is expected that the role is 30 hours a week. The role will start immediately.
