About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing functions by providing administrative and overall general business support where required. You will provide effective, timely and up to date information to key stakeholders; act as key administration support for the 2 teams and coordinate meetings and events for the wider office.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team support
  • Manage the transfer of information to the Field team
  • Produce Sales information decks, including category snapshots and ranking reports
  • Manage data and reporting; create and maintain sales cube information and customer reports
  • Support Account Managers with various customer admin requests
• Marketing Team support
  • Assist with event management, including orders, deliveries and fridge management
  • Manage marketing collateral – POS items, range presenters and other materials
  • Create customer product buying forms, ensuring data accuracy at all times
• General Office management
  • Assist Head of Business as required from time to time
  • Manage courier in and out flows
  • Keep the TBDC website updated with new products, information and team members
  • Book and manage travel as required

About you

• Proven experience working in a similar role in a multi-faceted, commercially driven environment would be advantageous
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload accordingly
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish strong rapport with key stakeholders of the business
• Agile, resilient and assertive demonstrating strong problem solving capabilities
• Able to manage own agenda of work in a fast paced and reactive environment
• Highly productive to manage a demanding workload
