Terra Sancta is a premium wine producer with its operations and team based in Bannockburn, Central Otago. Terra Sancta has a wine distribution company called CoLab Wine Merchants. This role sits across both businesses and will be responsible for administration, including sales fulfilment and managing export relationships as follows:

Liaising with customers and processing customers orders

Monthly stock takes and consolidated stock reports

Inventory management including SKU allocation
-
Export sales coordination and management
-
Collating sales information and preparing sales reports
-
Accounts payable and receivable support
-
Bank reconciliation
-
Providing accurate inventory records
-
Other team related administration
This role will also be involved in developing tourism related opportunities for Terra Sancta.
Applicants must have the following qualifications and experience:

3+ years work as administrator, accounts clerk and/or personal assistant

Experience in front line customer service

Fluent French or Spanish speaker, as our main import relationships are in French speaking countries (France) or Spanish (Spain, Argentina)

Qualifications in yoga or other health areas

Experience designing and running workshops.
You must also have an eagle eye for detail, be highly organised, collaborative and enjoy providing support in a team environment.
The role is based in our Bannockburn winery, 5 minutes from Cromwell, Central Otago. It is expected that the role is 30 hours a week and you must be able to work Fridays. The role will start immediately.
