We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join the People and Performance team based at our Corporate Office in the Viaduct, Auckland. Key role responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing L&D plans across all functions including Vineyards, Wineries, Corporate and Global Sales.
- Managing the 'Our Way' in-house learning programme.
- Developing the On Boarding programme.
- Developing L&D systems to provide seamless access and reliable records across the business.
The successful candidate for this role will have a passion for people and development. As we are seeking fresh innovative solutions to take our L&D to the next level, solid experience in developing and implementing learning and development tools and systems would be advantageous. Applicants should have a tertiary qualification and the ability to build enduring relationships across the business.
