Woollaston Estates is a premier organic wine producer, situated in the picturesque Upper Moutere sub-region of Nelson, New Zealand.
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual with a collaborative approach, to fill the newly-created position of Sales Manager and lead our small sales and administration team.
In this position, your key responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with importers and distributors in our export markets and to develop and grow our brands in both domestic and international markets.
If you are right person to join our team you enjoy being part of a small tight-knit group with a shared goal where you work hard, laugh often and share a love of good wine.
Other key attributes for this role are:
- Experience in domestic and international wine sales.
- A good understanding of the global wine market.
- Demonstrated ability in developing new markets.
- Commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team approach.
- A high level of communication and presentation skills.
- Good strategic planning skills.
While the successful applicant will be based at our Upper Moutere winery, occasional
domestic and international travel will be required.
