Brix & Co. Limited is a recently established, large scale winery business located at The Hunting Lodge grounds in Waimauku, Auckland. We have an experienced and passionate team with capabilities spanning winemaking, cellar management, laboratory servi ces, bottling and warehousing. Additionally, with a cellar door, cafe, event spaces, and soon to open restaurant, The Hunting Lodge has it all.
The business has aspirational growth plans and requires a commercially and technically savvy Finance Manager to support the expansion.
We are currently looking for a dedicated team player to assist primarily with:
- Preparation of financial and management reporting to support management decision-making
- Oversee ongoing financial activities including accounts receivable and payable
- Support robust forecasting/budgeting processes and maintain tracking against these
- Prepare business analysis including pricing and costing to support strategic objectives
- Implementing, supporting, and continually improving procesees to support efficient growth
- Ensure robust interfacing of systems and complete reconciliations where required
This is a senior role with the successful candidate having an opportunity to add value to business and work closely with senior staff across the business.
Ideally, you'll have 5-10 years experience including 5 years in a senior finance role, and have proven experience in providing a high level of financial and commercial support to operational staff.
