Bar manager and Senior Bartender (Sommelier and Chef Jobs: Hotels)

We are currently looking for a Bar manager and also a Bartender for Bossi Restaurant, an Italian style restaurant located in the Auckland CBD at the base of Pacifica, a building that currently has up to 600 residents, whilst also servicing the surrounding public.

Bossi is a busy fast paced dispense and service bar and this will be an exciting manager role with endless opportunities for training and growth within the hospitality industry. You will be expected to keep stock budgets and ordering in line, develop seasonal cocktail menu's, stocktaking monthly and be able to dispense drinks of a high standard efficiently to ensure high standards of service throughout the restaurant and bar. 

The Bar Manager is a full-time position with at least 30 hours per week, Hours of work will be varied Monday through Saturday on a rotating roster.
You must:

  • Have previous senior bartender experience 
  • Have a great work ethic
  • Be able to work under pressure with fast pace

We also have opportunity for part time bartenders coming up into the summer.
