About the role
An awesome opportunity for someone looking to step up into a Food and Beverage Management position. A natural leader excited to train and direct staff, manage daily operations whilst providing a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full time position working 45 hours a week over a 7 day roster.

Ideal Skills and Experience
This role will suit an up and coming candidate looking to step into a Management position at a high end level. We are seeking someone who has phenomenal people skills and is a natural leader. To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
- A strong background in Restaurant / Hotel Management
- Ideal experience in selecting and recommending wines
- Highly organised and fantastic communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Some responsibilities include
- Management of staff and rosters
- Ensuring quality service
- Day to Day operations
- Handling customer feedback
- Complying with health and safety regulations
