Designed as a multi-layered position, we are looking for someone with entrepreneurial drive, an analytical mind, exceptional stakeholder relationship skills and excellent leadership credentials, to bring industry best practice and superior customer service to Norfolk’s liquor operations.
Reporting to the Manager Economic Development, you and your team will be responsible for growing sales through key elements such as inventory and product management, pricing strategies, creation and execution of a promotion and event calendar, stakeholder relationships, freight modelling and monthly reporting to sales and profit contribution.
With an economy driven by Tourism, together with the island’s permanent population, Norfolk Island boasts a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, hotels and clubs, and as such, this position will play an integral role within Council to manage licensee, supplier, and community relationships.
