This approach continues to bring success and growth. An opportunity has arisen for an excellent candidate to join us in the capacity of Cellarhand within our Fine and Rare Wines team.  This role is a Part-time position.

This is a role that will suit a highly organised individual with a passion for wine and whiskey who thrives on the ability to wear multiple hats, jumping in feet first to get things done, providing support to the team, all while working in a busy environment. 

Attention to detail and pragmatic thinking will be your personality, consistently executing tasks to a high standard and most importantly being a one-stop-support shop to our Fine & Rare Wines team.

The role:

• Assisting the team in the lead up to auctions
• Management and control of cellar
• Managing property flow and stock control 
• Inventory management
• Photography and cataloguing
• Photography and cataloguing of all stock for auction and retail store
• Supporting the team in all aspects of the retail store
• Managing packing of stock for distribution and freight
• Pick-ups and deliveries
• Maintaining a tidy and well organised cellar 

About You

• Demonstrated experience in similar role for a Fine Wine establishment highly desireable
• Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task / prioritise daily
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• Ability to think on your feet, problem solve and use commercial judgement
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Love working as part of a team and happy to work independently 
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Exceptional personal presentation

Due to the nature of our business, this role may require some weekend work therefore flexibility is required.

You must have Legal right to work and live in NZ.
