Job Description
- Providing attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience.
- Leading all beverage related trainings to the team
- Creating an attractive atmosphere in Omni bar through service and ambiance
- Deliver beverages and meals to our guests across Food & Beverage outlets
- Organising purchases for optimum beverage cost
- Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation
- Daily preparation and closing of bar area, including stock management and cleaning duties
Work Experience
- Articulate verbal communication
- Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful experience to all guests as well as food and beverage.
- Previous bar experience, preferably in 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
- Ability to multitask and to work independently as well as with the team
- Great attention to details
- Capacity to work well under pressure and to strict time lines
- Flexibility in Availability
- LCQ Qualification and barista knowledge preferred, including understanding of spirits, beer, and wine.
