Key Requirements for this role are:

• Current LCQ & GM's Certificate
• Management experience in premium bar environment
• Ability to craft seasonal and bespoke cocktails and ensure consistent quality
• Understanding of international and domestic drinks trends
• Exceptional product knowledge; Wine, Beer & Spirits
• Experience running shifts and leading / managing staff in a similar volume venues
• Specific experience managing bar operations and leading a small team
• Experience managing stock and GP's, dealing with suppliers and using office part of POS systems
• Equally be a confident leader as well as a highly valued team player
• Excellent communicator
• Be ready to be part of a high quality, high volume and fast paced operation 
• Be well presented, enthusiastic and professional
• Hold a valid work permit or NZ Residency

   

  As the Bar Manager reporting to the Venue Manager and Group Operations Manager, you will help create an unforgettable experience for our guests while maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere for the team around you. You'll be involved in running the day to day business of the bar, training staff and ensuring our venue stands out from the rest.
