This Brand Manager - spirits position is charged with the task of shaping and driving marketing strategy for Jägermeister and key brands within the Hancocks spirits portfolio. Reporting in to the Senior Brand Manager – this role will be tasked with;
- Work with leading International brands across multiple categories
- Develop and drive brand strategies in market
- Build and execute trade promotions/activations and incentives to maximise growth of our brands
- Develop, implement and monitor the performance of the brands under your control
- Work with and support sales teams in driving sales and achieving budgets
- Enhance and grow relationships between Hancocks and our agency partners
- Measure and report brand performance
- Directly manage integration between sales and marketing
- Domestic and international market trend and data analysis
The ideal candidate will already have well rounded skill set with a focus on FMCG marketing with an innate sense of style and creativity. You will also have marketing qualifications to support your hands on marketing experience. The role requires someone who can operate autonomously and build relationships with local and overseas brand principals and product ambassadors. Above all you need to have a passion and enthusiasm for what you do and be able to share that passion with those around you.
