Due to recent organisational changes, there is an exciting opportunity for a Claims and Pallet Coordinator to join our newly formed New Zealand Supply Chain Team, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager - NZ. This position is fixed term for 12 months and is based between our Auckland CBD office, 3PL Logistics Provider and Co-packer (WineWorks).
The key responsibility of this position is to manage customer stock credits and returns, as well as coordinate and manage CHEP Pallets nationally. The successful applicant will have the ability to work autonomously and will enjoy creating and following robust systems and processes. Your go-getting attitude will ensure that the wider team and newly established relationship with the 3PL Provider go from strength to strength.
Key Tasks Include:
- Deliver accurate and tight stock management controls around all CHEP accounts, ensuring all suppliers are processing transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage national quarterly stock takes of CHEP pallets to verify physical pallets held reconciles to MyCHEP system.
- Actioning the investigation of customer credits for despatch related claims.
- Support Accounts Receivable through the follow-up of any outstanding claims with 3PL providers.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and raising of purchase orders in JDE and the TAP/TCC systems.
You will need to be comfortable working in a sometimes ambiguous and fast paced environment. You’re confident in your task prioritisation skills and flexible to meet ever changing demands.
