Wine-Searcher is the world’s largest online search engine and price comparison website for wines and spirits. We’re looking for a full-time staff member to join our online Customer Relationship Management team in New Lynn, Auckland, NZ.
About the job
Wine price list data is at the heart of everything we do. This role will focus on data entry of store and online customer feedback from wine and spirits businesses around the world. This customer-facing team partners with our product, software development, and data teams to deliver online search and ecommerce services.
We’re looking for someone to start quickly. Role would suit someone looking to work part time eg. 10 am to 3pm, or full-time for three days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains database by entering new and updating customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account online source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to supervisor for resolution.
- Maintains data entry quality assurance requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by raising data issues as observed C
- Contributes to a customer service culture throughout the business, ensuring all internal customers receive prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with MS Office
- Data entry experience or related office experience an advantage
- Good organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Employment Type: Contract – 6 months.
