We are specialist fine French wine importers, focusing on En Primeur (buy ahead) sales of wine. We connect our clientele to the greatest names in Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne and Rhone. Role description: Dispatch Co-Ordinator
Hours: Part-Time: 15-25 hours a week
Salary Range: $28 per hour depending on experience
This is a detail-focussed role, centred around the inventory, sorting, and dispatching of wines to our clients. You will have attention to detail, as you will carefully read wine-labels (and there’s plenty to read being French wine labels!) and you will make sure of correct vintage and region. You will be patient, friendly and will be capable of lifting and sorting heavy boxes. There will be a lot of careful packing of these goods, with administration to keep track of all the goods. You will co-ordinate with the general manager and marketing manager in this role, to dispatch customer’s orders and to support sales and marketing. You may have recently completed wine and food training, worked in hospitality or will be looking for a part-time role around your family commitments. Please note that this is not a sales rep role, although a small part of the job will be assisting clients who come to our office and cellar, and excellent customer service is a must.
Musts:
Fantastic attitude

NZ Citizen or full working visa
NZ Driver’s Licence (deliveries are part of the job)
Wine and food education/background
Bonuses:
You have a duty manager’s certificate
Some knowledge of French language
