We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to join our vibrant team, working across both The Vintry Wine Bar and Matakana Market Kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in fast‑paced hospitality environments and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager
  • A valid Duty Manager’s certificate
  • Proven experience in restaurant and bar management
  • Strong leadership skills and effective problem‑solving ability
  • Genuine passion for food, wine, and exceptional hospitality
  • Ability to manage shifts, lead staff, and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Experience in opening and closing venues, including cash handling and reconciliation
